A single but solid proof of being great is enough to let the world know how far a car could go. The achievements of the carmaker support the performance of its creation. Within over ten years in the market, Toyota Avalon provided the people all its details, strengths as well as weaknesses and flaws. And with its maker’s reputation in innovativeness and engineering, the car receives plus factor.
1995 Toyota Avalon was the very first Avalon that rolled out the market, a large vehicle under Toyota marque. It was then in the thirteenth day of September 1994. This generation of Avalon was built in the assembly line in Georgetown, Kentucky. After five years, Avalon was marketed in United States and of course Japan, the country from which Toyota originated. Assembled in the US and Australian assembly plant, today Toyota Avalon is available in its showrooms over different lands internationally.
In Melbourne Australia, the original concept of the first Toyota Avalon is continuously being produced. Some are built with right hand drive for the roads of Australia, new Zealand, and some parts of Asia like Japan, while the left hand drive are being assembled for exporting to countries of Middle East. Right hand drive Toyotas are usually seen on both urban and suburban places in many countries such as Asian’s, including Korea and Philippines.
The production of Toyota Avalon in Australia is now in what they call as Mark III phase, and in July of 2005 will cease production. The plant will be concentrating on larger platforms and will leave Avalon on the hands of other assembly plants. In the meantime, Toyota Avalon appears in its complete line, having the Avalon XL, Avalon Touring, Avalon XLS, and Avalon Limited. They are all worthy of Toyota’s flagship sedan and boasting exhilarating mixture of comfort, luxury and performance.
