Geo Metro
It was in 1989 when production run started for Geo Metro models. Since
then the existence of Geo Metro vehicles, albeit a short one, is one
that cannot be ultimately ignored in the automotive scene. Apparently,
this existence gave way to these vehicles' participation leading to the
recognition n of these cars on all road activities. Geo Metro cars are
produced mainly to cater services to consumers who necessitate and
value cars for their commuting activities and daily errands. These Geo
Metro cars are more viewed with much enthusiasm by those who do not
stop to appreciate automobiles within its visual appearance but more so
look for more essence found deep within the outside physical attribute.
Geo Metro cars may be devoid of all essentials associating to
glamorousness of overly jeweled exterior but these are well-compensated
in areas concerning performance wise. Geo Metro cars may be well
considered as more of classic in nature but these produce a
surprisingly smooth yet tough operation. This brings into account the
well of strength found in its equally tough little power sourcing
machineries found beneath the skin of Geo Metro's body. The real
essence of Geo Metro vehicles is the strength it gives for all the
rides. And the fact that these vehicles are more economical than other
cars in the same division, Geo Metro cars are perfect for everyday
commuting activities of an individual.
Geo Metro vehicles were a replacement for the then subcompact hatchback
Chevrolet Sprint and were a rebadged version of Suzuki Swift model.
2-door and 4-door hatchbacks, 4-door sedan, and 2-door convertible were
available for Geo Metro cars. These cars sported a modest power
producing engine of 1.0-liter, 55 horsepower, 3-cylinder. Geo Metro's
run in the industry were ended in the year 1997 and was transferred
under GM's Chevrolet division. This, however, took on with a sad plight
when new Chevrolet Metro version was ended in dismay in 2001.
