Floor Panel
Cars have been the source of pride and joy
by so many people these years. They have been providing transport
service as well as offering distinction among others. With so many cars
being offered nowadays it is hard to choose which one really fits the
bill of our needs. While some have strength in some part they also have
weaknesses. They all should depend on the consumers needs.
But
aside from the service and comfort being offered, a car should also
provide security, they should be dependable, that is why car
manufacturers constantly redesigns and reengineers to fit the changing
times and to make use of new technology, because cars need to be
strong, durable and reliable.
This is a case that has happened so many times before, some people
would remove a part of their carpeting to install some wiring or remove
them completely to change the carpeting and what do they see, the bane
of all cars, RUST. Like Superman to Kryptonite, cars crumble when rust
sets in. The floor panels are very susceptible to rust because the
carpeting can absorb some of the rust-causing dirt and liquids that may
seep in between the floor panel and the carpet. Also, since it is found
beneath the car there are many elements that may destroy it from below,
especially when you are driving on difficult and unpaved trails. Slowly
but surely, this rust will cause holes and eventually these holes will
get bigger and your foot may push on through right past it, not a very
good site.
Floor panels are part of pre-fabricated panels that are joined together
to form the shell of the car. As the name suggests, floor panels are
placed as the flooring of the car. They are provided with special
coating of chemicals to make them strong and rust resistant, but
eventually, like all metal, they get rusted and damaged from constant
use and abuse.
