Floor Liner
How important is the floor area of your car? Of course anyone can
enumerate several answers since a car will obviously not be complete
without the floor. It is not just a mere surface where you step in but
it also serve as the platform that secures the seats, transmission,
driveshaft and other components of the car in its proper location.
Passengers and occupants come and go inside the car which also
means that dirt, mud, debris, grimes and other particles can come in
daily contact with the floor. The same is true with the packages,
luggage or cargoes that you stuff inside the car. Aside from the daily
pressure that it encounters, dirt and other particles and substances
carried inside the car can speed up the wear and tear of your floor.
Good thing there are floor liners around to shield the floor areas and
panels from the negative effects of such particles and substances.
Proper selection of floor liners to be mounted on your car is
a must to ensure that it will give the best protection that your floor
deserves. It must be fitted to the dimensions and configurations of the
car to sufficiently cover the sides and corners. Cargo liners with
slightly raised edges are a good choice since spills and dirt cannot
seep into the floor areas. It must be secured tightly in place to avoid
dislocations and wrinkles especially if you have to push cargoes
against the floor.
Floor liners are offered in diverse design, style, fit, polish
and materials. Floor covering materials which may also include floor
mats, cargo liners and carpets must be durable enough to provide the
needed service that would go with the life span of the floor. Materials
used must be toxic free and not susceptible to growth of allergens,
bacteria and germs that can be brought in by the shoes and other stuff
that can come in contact with it.
