fortify and protect the whole vehicle.
Chevy pillars are bars that are located at the upper side of the vehicle separating
the front and rear window, windshield, at the rear glass of the vehicle. These
pillars support the vehicle’s roof. In the automotive world, there are several
types of side pillars: A-pillar, B-pillar, C-pillar, and D-pillar for longer vehicles.
The A-pillar is located at the front of the vehicle at either side of the windshield
and usually at the front of the driver. The B-pillar is located between the side
of the driver and the rear passenger. Also supports the roof of the vehicle, the
B-pillar separates the front window and the rear window. The C-pillar is located
at the rear of the vehicle either on the rear windshield or the rear window. For
longer vehicle, the D-pillar is added to support more windows.
