In this day and age, the Chevrolet name seems to be uttered with a certain kind

automobile destined to take the place of the Chevrolet 150 Series. The Del Ray
was Chevrolet's price leader, meaning it belonged to Chevrolet's lineup of least
expensive models of full-size cars. This way, the general public was able to avail
of low cost automobiles with the well-loved Chevy trademark.
