Decal is short for decalcomania. It is a plastic, cloth or paper substrate that has printed on it - a pattern that can be moved to another surface upon contact. It can be moved with the aid of heat or water. Decals are cut to shape using a computer plotter eliminating the need for printing inks and background material. They crate a professional appearance for your car, truck and SUV. You can apply decals to any clean surface of your car. Roush decals require easy installation and you can do the job in two ways. You may install them using either the wet method or the dry method. Both are equally effective however, the wet method allows for more movement and flexibility during application. Also, if you wish to get rid of your old graphic and replace it with a new one, decals can be easily removed. All you need to do is heat your decal by using a heat gun or hairdryer. Then using your fingernail, carefully lift the edge of the decal and work across the surface of the decal. Remember however that overheating your decal will cause a more difficult removal.
