A typical harness is made of TXT high temp wire, a weather-resistant 30-amp fuse, and two 40-amp weather-resistant Hella relay that has the capacity to handle up to 150 watts. Installing this headlight conversion kit is easy just by mounting the relay with the use of a screw. Run the pre-harnessed wires to each of the headlights and one of the old headlight plugs, and replace the old sealed beams with the new reflectors and bulbs. Hook up a ground and power wires, then you are done. This plug-in and play is a very simple way of installing the conversion kit.
