AEM Fuel Fitting
Your vehicle has a fuel system and its function is to store and be able to supply fuel to your vehicle's cylinder chamber. The fuel will be mixed with air, vaporized it and burned to be able to produce energy that your vehicle needs to run. The fuel system in your vehicle has a fuel fitting that includes different components for your vehicle to be able to perform efficiently. The AEM fuel fitting includes an adjustable and universal fuel pressure regulator, high performance fuel filter and high volume fuel rail. Adjustable fuel pressure regulator is the one capable of supporting enough fuel flow for your vehicle engine in excess of 1000 horsepower. Its interchangeable discharge ports enable your vehicle regulator output to match into the output of any fuel pump. On the other hand, the universal fuel pressure regulator shares many of the features of the adjustable fuel regulator. This is constructed of 6061 t-6 billet aluminum and has a replaceable discharge ports for matching the regulator onto the output of any fuel pump. It is also capable of supporting enough fuel flow for your engine in excess of 1000 horsepower. Fuel filter is another component of the AEM fuel fitting that supports up to 500 horsepower. Its housing is constructed from 6061 aluminum and it features a double o ring seals for an added leak protection. Its standard filter element is also then replaceable. It has large hexes that are machined into top and bottom for an easy and fast disassembly. Finally, the high volume rail features a ?' fuel bore that is capable of providing enough fuel to be able to support most high performance engines. Its large bore dampens the back pulse, which is created by an oversized injector in a high output application. This fuel rail can also work perfectly with stock injectors and utilizes an original fuel hose or may use -6 or -8 hose.
